This individual will play an integral role in resident relations, leasing administration, financial coordination, and overall property operations while partnering closely with the Property Manager and onsite team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within property management while gaining hands-on exposure to community operations, resident services, leasing, and financial administration.ResponsibilitiesResident Relations & Community SupportServe as a primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendorsRespond to resident inquiries and coordinate follow-up with appropriate team membersAssist with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident communicationsCoordinate parking requests, resident documentation, and related administrative processesSupport community initiatives designed to enhance resident satisfaction and retentionHelp ensure residents receive timely and professional service throughout their tenancyProperty Operations & AdministrationSupport the day-to-day operations of the property management officeMaintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of property documentationCoordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and office communicationsMonitor service requests and facilitate communication between residents and maintenance teamsAssist with vendor communication and operational projectsManage office supplies, document retention, and general administrative functionsFinancial & Leasing SupportAssist with rent collection and payment processing activitiesSupport invoice organization and accounts payable administrationMaintain accurate resident account records and documentationAssist with lease administration, application processing, and renewal trackingSupport occupancy-related reporting and resident account reconciliationsHelp facilitate move-out procedures and final account reviewsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred but not required1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, office administration, hospitality, or a related field preferredPrior property management, leasing, or residential operations experience is preferredStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentThis is a full-time, direct-hire position offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
