Additionally, voluntary time, long-term disability, critical illness, and accidental benefits are provided.All non-student days and school holidays off401(K) planEmployee assistance programFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid Vacation Hours and Paid Sick Time availablePaid CEU's ReimbursementAnnual merit-based increasesLicensure reimbursementClinical Fellow mentorshipEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Complete Evaluations & TreatmentsAttend or complete IEP meetingsCommunicate/Consult with team members regarding student progressRecord evaluations, complete daily treatment notes, complete attendance logsReport writingIEP writingKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clientsExperience with working with children with a variety of disorders and deficits including but not limited to language, articulation, fluency, and Autism Spectrum DisorderAble to be highly flexibleAble to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service drivenLicensing/Credential and/or Education Requirements:Master's degree from an accredited speech language pathology program.Current and unrestricted licensure (by the California Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers) to work in the state of California.If you are in the process of relocating to California and your licensure in the state of CA is in process or will be in process, this is OK as well.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, physical abilities include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 pounds. Stooping, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing conversations, and near, far visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, field of vision.Pay Range: $70-85/hr (Depending on experience)
