If you have a knack for explaining APIs, dashboards, and software workflows in a way that both developers and customers understand — we’d love to talk to you.What You’ll Do:Create and maintain product documentation, API guides, and user manualsWrite technical blogs, feature updates, FAQs, and onboarding flowsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to translate features into documentationBreak down logistics and shipping concepts into readable, helpful contentSupport marketing with whitepapers, case studies, and explainersDesired Candidate Profile4–6 years of experience in technical writing (B2B SaaS/logistics a plus)Strong grasp of software, APIs, and product workflowsExcellent English writing skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with tools like Notion, Markdown, Confluence, or GitBonus: Experience writing for developer or enterprise tech audiencesWhy Join FREDi?
