Candidates Must Reside in the Central West Portion of the United States - i.e. Dallas Area, Denver Area, California*Purpose and ScopeThe Director, Corporate Accounts (DCA) serves as the enterprise account leader responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, optimizing customer engagement, and advancing patient access across key health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), specialty accounts, and strategic customer organizations.This role partners cross-functionally to develop and execute account strategies that support portfolio performance, strengthen customer relationships, improve market access, and align with Tolmar’s commercial objectives.The DCA brings enterprise thinking, market insight, and strategic leadership to support both short- and long-term organizational growth within complex healthcare environments.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account LeadershipDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned with organizational and brand prioritiesIdentify opportunities to expand market access, utilization, and portfolio growth within assigned accountsDrive portfolio performance and support achievement of organizational sales and access objectivesLead strategic account discussions and coordinate cross-functional execution plansCustomer & Health System EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, pharmacy leadership, and key decision-makers across assigned accountsPartner with customers to understand clinical, operational, reimbursement, and patient access challengesSupport customer-focused solutions that improve patient access, operational efficiency, and product adoptionRepresent Tolmar at customer meetings, industry conferences, and strategic engagements, as appropriateCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Trade, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiativesProvide market intelligence, competitive insights, and reimbursement trends to support business planning and decision-makingAnalyze account performance metrics and recommend action plans to optimize business resultsInfluence cross-functional teams and initiatives without direct authorityCompliance & Organizational LeadershipConduct all activities in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standardsDemonstrate leadership consistent with Tolmar’s culture, values, and commitment to ethical business practicesFoster accountability, collaboration, and professionalism across internal and external stakeholders Responsible for reporting Adverse Events and Technical Complaints to Tolmar Pharmacovigilance and Patient Safety (PSSP) that you learn of per SOP-00821, Pharmacovigilance and Technical Complaint Reporting.Core ValuesThis position is expected to operate within the framework of Tolmar’s Core Values: Center on People: We commit to support the well-being of our patients. The final compensation offered may vary from the posted range based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between ($215,000 to 275,000/year); however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period.
