General SummaryThe Billing Specialist is responsible for various accounting and operational support functions primarily focusing on client invoicing.Essential FunctionsPrepare and submit T&M invoices, Unit price/ lump sum contractPerform contract related job and client set ups in the ERP systemVerify invoices are processed once submitted in client’s system. Verify timesheet accuracy based on contract requirements.Working with others in payroll, operations, and other departments. Performing any other administrative duties. It does not exclude other duties as assignedQualificationsMust have a valid driver's license.Must currently be eligible to work in the United States of America. High School Graduate or GED, documentation required.Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting or related field required and/or minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experienceHigh level of detail orientation with excellent follow-up skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize at a moment s noticeAbility to analyze reports for accuracy and prepare basic statementsFriendly with excellent verbal communication skillsAbility to problem solveProficient in Microsoft OfficePhysical RequirementsProlonged sitting and standing required.Occasional need to lift, pull, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to always handle stressful situations in a calm and courteous manner.Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and Company needs.Environmental/Working ConditionsWorks in a routine office environment.Ability to work extended hours, as needed.Travel may be required
