Apply via Dice today!Program Analyst / Junior Program Manager (Level II)IntroductionWe are seeking a Level II Program Analyst / Junior Program Manager with 2–5 years of experience to support a portfolio of programs, including Energy Efficiency and Discount Programs. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional and operational requirements.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between customer stakeholders and software development teamsGather and document business, functional, and system requirements through:InterviewsSurveysSite visitsWorkflow and process analysisUse case developmentAnalyze information from multiple sources to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirementsSupport program execution and coordination across multiple initiativesAssist in project or program planning, tracking, and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliveryLead or support small projects or workstreams as neededRequirements<>Required Qualifications</>2–5 years of experience in Program Management, Program Support, Project Coordination, or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyExperience working in structured or regulated environments is preferredBachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)<>Preferred Qualifications</>Experience in utilities, energy, or regulatory industriesFamiliarity with SAP or similar enterprise systemsPrior experience supporting program or project management functionsTeam & Work EnvironmentTeam of 5 members (3 Program Advisors, 2 support roles)Onsite work required 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)Training will include shadowing and hands-on learningAdditional InformationOne round of interviews (with hiring manager and possibly 1–2 supervisors)This role is not expected to convert to a full-time positionEquipment details will be provided during onboarding
