A company is looking for a Traffic Agent responsible for gathering international documentation and arranging domestic delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare traffic files and instructions for delivery orders and ensure submission of the Bill of Lading when requiredCoordinate with Client Import Analyst and external parties for missing documents and customs releaseTrack/trace shipments to avoid potential storage liabilities and complete delivery ordersRequired Qualifications2+ years of related experienceHigh School/GED or equivalent educationFamiliarity with credit policies, traffic and forwarding methods, and customs release processClient service orientation with strong interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
