Mail Clerk

Role: Primarily responsible for clerical support with incoming & outgoing, internal and external mail/packages in all areas. Administrative duties including scanning, filing, scheduling, etc. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Pick up and sort incoming mail from the post office daily. Process and drop off outgoing mail to the post office daily. Sort mail received in branch courier bags and distribute accordingly. Distribute all interoffice & regular mail to appropriate departments/individuals at Hale St. location. Maintain the postage machine at Hale St. Review returned mail and process accordingly, per returned mail procedure. Completes special projects or duties as assigned
