Reef's team is currently involved in some of the most prominent development transactions in Utah and other targeted geographies across the United States.Paragon Land Pros is a successful commercial land services firm specializing in both private and public land services projects. Paragon has partnered with Reef as we currently work on a wide variety of projects, including Black Desert Resort in Ivins, UT and Marcella, near Park City, UT.Position SummaryThe team at Paragon Land Pros is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our team and serve as the key link between our clients and operations team. Our success is built on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and strong relationships with our clients, and this Account Manager will build upon that success for continual long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met.Coordinate with field crews, designers, and project managers to deliver excellent service.Identify opportunities for additional services and present solutions to clients.Handle client concerns or issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.Prepare reports, proposals, and client updates as needed.QualificationsProven experience in account management, sales, or customer relations (landscaping or construction industry preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Basic understanding of landscaping services.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or similar software.Must be open to travel regularly between Salt Lake City and St. George, as needed for client meetings and project oversight.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor service industries.Strong knowledge of landscape design, maintenance, or installation practices.Experience using project management or scheduling software.Background in sales with proven ability to upsell or expand services.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Leadership experience working with crews or subcontractors.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.Ability to walk job sites, sometimes on uneven terrain.Must be able to stand, bend, or move around outdoors for extended periods.Comfortable working in varying weather conditions when visiting client sites.Ability to drive long distances for travel between Salt Lake City and St. George.Company Benefits401(k) Plan with Company MatchGenerous Health Plan with HSA MatchPaid Time-offDiscounts at company-owned resorts and golf coursesJob Posted by ApplicantPro
