Project Procurement Manager - Data Center Owner - HyperScaleLocation: Multiple U.S. LocationsType: Full-TimeOverviewWe are seeking a highly organized Regional Procurement Manager to lead project-based procurement activities from budgeting through delivery and commissioning. This role works closely with construction, engineering, finance, and vendors to ensure equipment, materials, and services are delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking across multiple projectsLead RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and award recommendationsOversee purchase orders and contract complianceCoordinate technical submittals between vendors and engineering teamsMonitor supplier performance, lead times, and project risksTrack logistics and delivery schedules for critical equipmentSupport startup, commissioning, and project closeout documentationRequirements5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management within construction, industrial, or mission-critical environmentsStrong understanding of procurement workflows, budgeting, and project coordinationExperience with project management systems such as Procore, NetSuite, or similar platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferredIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented and proactive with strong follow-up skillsComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyAble to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and field teamsExperienced working with technical equipment and long-lead procurement items
