SAP Logistics Analyst

Pay Rate: up to $67.15/hr on w2 (No C2C or 3rd parties)Location: onsite in Hayward, CAHelping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an SAP Logistics Analyst to maintain and improve material planning and logistics master data in SAP, ensuring accurate inventory planning, stock transfers, and material availability across service locations.In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting fleet uptime by ensuring the right materials, planning parameters, and system data are in place before operational needs arise. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive master data accuracy, improve processes, and enable scalable service operations.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy and process improvement. You can manage large datasets, identify gaps, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.As an SAP Logistics Analyst, you'll:Own and maintain material planning and logistics master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility across SAP systems.Manage part extensions and planning data requirements across multiple locations, ensuring materials are available for planners to execute replenishment activities.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are properly configured, including plant extensions, costing requirements, and planning parameters.Establish and maintain inventory planning parameters, including safety stock levels, to support service location requirements and fleet readiness.Proactively monitor material master data gaps and drive corrective actions to ensure parts are available for stock transport order (STO) creation, inventory transfers, and replenishment execution.Identify and resolve SAP data discrepancies impacting demand, supply, and inventory visibility, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions with cross-functional teams.Maintain visibility into large-scale part extension activities, track progress, and drive completion across multiple stakeholders.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data processes, system accuracy, and planning efficiency.Analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve material availability and operational execution.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, inventory management, master data, or ERP systemsExperience managing material master data, part setup, plant extensions, or planning parameters in SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, track progress, and build reportsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data and competing prioritiesStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and drive process improvementsBonus Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA Experience with SAP material master, MRP, inventory management, or logistics modulesExperience supporting service operations, fleet operations Experience establishing safety stock, replenishment parameters, or inventory strategies
