Chiropractic Assistant

Our growing office is seeking a professional, team-oriented individual who is interested in making an impact in the Greater Wichita community. We see many different individuals ranging from children to adults, so applicants must enjoy people of all ages and walks of life. All necessary training will be provided on the job. The office is located in Northwest Wichita. Requirements: -Must be a team player and enjoy working with others -Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment – this is NOT a desk job only -Must be outgoing and willing to communicate with our practice members daily -Will be required to learn/memorize office scripts for education -Opportunities to increase pay as tasks are mastered -Must be 18+ -Must be on time and have own form of transportation to and from work -Must have basic knowledge and be comfortable with computers and technology – we are an electronic healthcare office -Must be flexible with hours (not a typical 9-5 Mon-Fri job) Hours include and are not limited to: M: 9-1, 2-6:30; T: 1-6:30, W: 9-1, 2-6:30; Th: 9-1, 2-6:30; F: 9-12 (at the beginning until trained, then Fridays will be off) ABOUT THE POSITION: Administrative Work- Scheduling/rescheduling appointments, answering phones, completing health files, scanning documents, managing accounts, and customer service. Practice Member Care- Educating Practice Members on Neurologically Based Chiropractic with verbiage provided by us, practice member consultations, and assessments. Loving people - our practice members are like family to us! Marketing- Marketing is a requirement for the position in the forms of social media, inviting people to our events and health screenings in the community on the weekends.
