Job Title: Business Analyst/InsuranceNOW/SQL End Client: WR Berkley Location: Chicago, Wilmington, Hartford, CT, New York or Morristown, NJ Hybrid $90-125K Flexible No H1 We need: A mid-senior Business Analyst with experience supporting Insurance Now Projects/Cloud and light SQL work. Candidates can sit in any of the below locations and there is flexibility in the salary so please send even if they are over the target. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIMCE WITH INSURANCENOW AND SQL. Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local. InsuranceNOW is required for this position. InsuranceNOW is a Guidewire product and candidates may just have it listed as “Guidewire”. Job Description: The IT Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and support organizations to analyze, design, and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the business objectives. This position will be supporting the InsuranceNOW implementation and support. Candidates must have insurance industry experience to be considered for this role Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT solutions Solution Design and Development: Work with IT teams to design system solutions that meet business needs Develop and document technical specifications and system architectures Ensure solutions align with industry standards and best practices Implementation and Support: Coordinate with development teams to implement system changes and enhancements Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes Project Management: Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems and processes Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or greater in Information Technology/computer systems engineering or equivalent experience 3-5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in InsuranceNOW Ability to define and implement strategic support processes and solutions Exception analysis and problem-solving ability SQL and data analysis skills Experience with work management/ticketing solutions (ex.
