About the Opportunity:The Online Chat Representative serves as the initial point of contact for clients interacting with the company. This role is responsible for managing client communications through online chat, providing information about services, assisting with scheduling, and addressing client needs to support customer satisfaction and potential sales lead generation. The position is fully remote and contributes directly to maintaining client relationships and service quality.3. Responsibilities:• Engage with prospective and existing clients via online chat promptly and professionally.• Provide detailed information about landscaping services including design, installation, and maintenance.• Assist clients with scheduling consultations and service appointments.• Identify and assess customer needs to support satisfaction and generate sales leads.• Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.• Accurately record client interactions in the company database.• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services and processes.4. Requirements:• Experience in customer service, online support, or similar client-facing roles.• Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.• Proficient typing skills and ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.• Professional and patient customer-oriented approach.• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.• Interest or experience in landscaping or horticulture is advantageous.5.
