What You'll Do: As a P&C Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll help clients safeguard their homes, yachts, vehicles, and more while building strong, long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Consistently exceed sales targets by providing clients with exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by delivering top-tier communication and advice. Utilize our advanced lead management system and the unlimited, free organic marketing leads we provide to streamline your sales efforts. Qualifications: 1-2 years of homeowners insurance sales experience required. Active Insurance License (220 or 2044 preferred). Proven success in sales with a demonstrated ability to exceed goals. Strong organizational skills and effective time management. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Clean financial history: No repossessions, Chapter 11/13 bankruptcies within 12 months, or Chapter 7 bankruptcies within 3 years. Must pass a background check and fingerprinting (note: felonies or misdemeanors involving theft, fraud, or violence may affect licensing eligibility).
