This isn't a renewal management role, it's a senior commercial position for someone who knows how to navigate complexity and close.What Success Looks Like$750K+ in closed expansion revenue through multi-product upsells and whitespace captureExecutive sponsorship models established at 80%+ of named accounts, with documented stakeholder maps and multi-year growth roadmaps95%+ gross retention through proactive risk identification and multi-year deal structuringThe RoleYou'll own a named portfolio of MirrorWeb's largest, most complex financial services accounts, managing a significant ARR book with direct accountability for expansion and retention. Most of your time will be spent in executive engagement, strategic account planning, and commercial negotiation across multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with 6-12 month cycles and $100K-$500K+ deal sizes.
