Apply now!Set-up Person/Operator Responsibilities:Set up CNC mills or lathes including installing fixtures, vises, and work holding.Load tools into the machine and set tool offsets.Load and run CNC programs written in G-code.Perform first-article inspection before starting full production.Operate the machine and monitor cutting operations.Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Adjust tool offsets, speeds, and feeds when necessary.Change worn or damaged cutting tools.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements for Set-up Person/Operator:- Experience operating and setting up Haas Automation CNC machines.- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.- Knowledge of G-code programming basics.- Ability to use precision measuring tools.
