Maintenance Manager/Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. This leadership role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, facilities management, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to lead projects effectively. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence by ensuring the reliability and safety of all plant equipment and infrastructure. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient execution of daily maintenance tasks and projects. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Manage facilities maintenance activities plumbing, and general building upkeep. Coordinate with production departments to minimize downtime during maintenance activities. Plan and execute projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, or modifications with effective project management techniques. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to industrial maintenance, including high voltage and electrical safety standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records generate reports for management review. Supervise external contractors when necessary for specialized repairs or installations. Qualifications Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including electrical (high voltage/low voltage), mechanical systems, and facilities management. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters. Familiarity software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious work environment. Project management experience with a track record of successfully completing maintenance projects on time and within scope. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial safety standards is essential. This role is vital in maintaining operational efficiency, safety compliance, and equipment reliability across our facility by applying technical expertise combined with strong leadership capabilities.
