Brand Director (Alien Solutions Division)

We’re looking for a true operator to take one of the most recognizable brands in direct response and retail—Alien Tape—to the next level.This is not a corporate, sit-in-meetings-all-day role. This is for someone who knows how to build, sell, and scale products across retail and DTC—and isn’t afraid to own the outcome.What You’ll Own:Full retail channel management (Home Depot, Walmart, etc.)New product development – from idea to shelfManaging and growing a sales teamIdentifying white space and launching category-expanding SKUsWorking cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and creative to drive velocityOwning performance: sell-through, margins, and growthWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in retail (big box preferred) and product-driven businessesStrong instincts for what sells (not just what looks good in a deck)Experience managing a sales team and driving resultsEntrepreneurial mindset — you think like an ownerAbility to move fast, test, fail, and scale what worksBonus if you’ve worked in As Seen On TV / direct response / high-volume consumer productsWhy This Role:You’ll be working on a household name brand with massive distributionSignificant media and marketing support behind the brandReal ability to launch products at scale quicklyHigh visibility, high impact, and room to growLocation: NYC HQ Company: Emson USA
