Literacy Coach - McMahon Elementary School
SUMMARY: The role of the literacy coach is to increase student achievement by supporting staff with best practices, classroom delivery and lesson development. The literacy coach will strengthen the school's literacy program by providing interventions to students and professional development to teachers, which utilize proven research based techniques. The coach will participate in ongoing professional development and serve as an instructional leader in the school and the district.
