Now Hiring (Unpaid Internship):Electro is reinventing hydration with a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. Our product fuels focus, performance, and recovery, and we partner with college athletes nationwide along with pros across the NBA and NFL.This is an unpaid internship. We need an intern to support our influencer and affiliate program. You'll source creators on TikTok and Instagram, run cold outreach, and help onboard new affiliates into our ambassador network.What We're Looking For• Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.• Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.• Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.• Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates.• Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic.• Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.Day to Day• Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.• Keep athlete records organized and up to date.• Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline.• Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.• Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.The Upside• Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations.• Performance-based growth opportunities including potential paid roles down the line.• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator outreach.• Resume-building experience in influencer marketing, affiliate ops, and creator partnerships.⚡ Apply now and help us scale our creator and affiliate program.
