The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Fullstack technologies and will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the application stack.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Fullstack applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the application.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Mandatory Skills:Strong proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
