Position details: The Critical Care Resource Nurse will work within the Rapid Response Team, a multidisciplinary team available 24 hours a day to respond, assess, and treat a patient whose condition is deteriorating. The goal of the Rapid Response Team is to provide early intervention to improve patient outcomes. Current licensure as an RN in the state of Maryland or compact state Current ACLS/BLS CPR & NIHSS Certification required. Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience as a R.N. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
