Fountains follow recipes consistently, make adjustments based on customer requests, and communicate with wait staff.Fountains are responsible for delivering desserts and milk shakes that are not only delicious and prepared to the specifications of the customer but that are safe and fresh as well. They have the following responsibilities:Smile (We have open kitchens)Arrive on time dressed and ready for your shift.Check refrigeration temperature are Board of Health CompliantStock your station with the appropriate food items and toolsAt the end of your shift make sure your station is stocked and ready for the next shift.Wipes down and cleans refrigeration, counters, tables, and underneath equipmentFollow recipes and plating proceduresPrepare desserts with presentation and quality of food items as top priorityPrepare food in an efficient and timely mannerMaintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishesMop and clean the ice cream area at the end of the nightStore ice cream products in a safe manner as dictated by the board of healthWipe down and clean freezersMaintain food safety and sanitation standardsDo daily and weekly side workEnsure ingredients and final products are fresh and appealingWork as a team to provide the best level of customer satisfaction possibleCommunicate with staff and management regarding all food that is 86'd or on a countdown.Fountain Qualifications / Skills:CleanlinessRecipe ComplianceCustomer ServiceSafety and SanitationTeamworkHigh Energy LevelAbility to Read and WriteProfessionalismReliable TransportationAbility to lift and carry up to 25 poundsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
