Job Title: Meta Ads SpecialistWork Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)Location: Remote (Open to LATAM)Compensation: $7–$11/hr (Estimated monthly: $1,200–$1,900) + performance bonusesAre you a data-driven digital marketer who knows how to turn Meta ads into measurable growth?Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing organization serving dental practices across the United States through high-performance advertising strategies. With a distributed team of more than 80 remote professionals, they are expanding their international team and seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist who can help manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns that drive results.In this role, you’ll be responsible for launching and optimizing Meta campaigns, managing ad budgets, and analyzing performance data to continually improve campaign outcomes. You’ll work closely with a remote marketing team, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with broader marketing goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and manage ongoing advertising campaigns on Meta platformsManage creative requests and coordinate asset delivery for ad campaignsTrack and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and performanceConduct monthly budget resets and adjust allocations based on campaign performanceImplement split testing strategies to continuously improve ad effectivenessAnalyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies based on insights and trendsMonitor ad accounts through weekly performance checks and identify opportunities for improvementHandle ad account cancellations and administrative account tasks when necessarySet up and configure new Meta ad accounts for clientsManage Facebook payment methods and billing processesMaintain detailed updates and documentation in ClickUpIntegrate campaigns with GoHighLevel for streamlined campaign managementPrepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for marketing analysisUtilize marketing tools including GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and ClickUpWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta platformsExperience running advertising campaigns targeting U.S. or English-speaking marketsStrong understanding of digital advertising strategy, campaign optimization, and performance analysisAbility to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCreative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experienceExperience using marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, Canva, and Google WorkspaceBonus if: you have experience working with medical or dental marketing campaignsBonus if: you hold certifications in digital marketing or paid advertising
