Loan Servicing Associate

JOB SUMMARYPerforms loan servicing functions; complies with all Bank lending policy and procedures, and regulations which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.DUTIESPerform loan servicing from new loan barding, process and monitor loan payment transactions, payoff demand requests, loan payoffs, insurance tracking and rate changes;Coordinate daily activities and functions of loan servicing to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of all regulatory requirements and bank policies;Assist customers and staff with loan-related inquiries;Perform loan account maintenance;Ensure compliance with all applicable government, investors, and bank regulations;Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: AA degree or equivalentEXPERIENCE: No experience required.
