Office Assistant
Office Assistant will support our team with document scanning, filing, and light administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a structured office environment.
Qualifications Strong attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency (email, file management, scanning equipment)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Dependable and able to work independently
Prior administrative experience preferred but not required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scan and digitize paper documents
Organize and file physical and electronic records
Perform light administrative tasks as assigned
