Project Manager

ZimZee Recruiting is looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives for a well-established organization serving global technical and aerospace-related markets. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional marketing projects, managing timelines and deliverables, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced communications environment.Skills and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldMinimum 1+ year of project coordination or project management experienceStrong experience coordinating marketing, advertising, or communications-related initiativesExcellent organizational and deadline-management skills across multiple concurrent projectsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendorsStrong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates and reportingExperience supporting campaign execution, media coordination, or promotional activitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day execution of marketing, advertising, and public relations projects to ensure on-time deliveryServe as liaison between communications teams, internal departments, and third-party vendorsTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while proactively addressing risks and delaysSupport development and distribution of marketing campaigns, targeted mailing lists, and outreach initiatives
