IT Workflow Automation Consultant – Legal Collections SoftwareDLF Law Group is seeking a temporary IT/workflow automation consultant to help review and improve our use of Roydan Bloodhound collections software and related operational systems. We are a high-volume creditors’ rights and collections law firm looking to automate manual processes, improve queue/workflow design, streamline Outlook and court notice handling, and better utilize tools such as OCR, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, and SQL.Experience with Roydan Bloodhound, Collection-Master/CLS, or other collections/litigation software is required. Prior experience in a collections law firm, collection agency, legal technology vendor, or high-volume workflow environment is a major plus.This is a temporary contract role with flexible structure depending on experience.
