Lead Stock – GardenPart-time, 20-30 hours/weekJoin our team as a Lead Stock Associate - Garden , where you'll play a key role in delivering efficient, prompt, and courteous service to customers while supporting a strong, team-focused culture. In this role, you will oversee and facilitate all stock-related aspects of retail operations, ensuring smooth product flow and organization. You'll also assist with checkout and sales across both Floral and Garden Center areas, helping create a seamless and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.Job Duties:Provide work direction and lead the outdoor stock teamProcess all incoming and outgoing store shipments which includes unloading, receiving, unpacking, pricing, quality verification and stockingReport any variances in inventoryHelp solve discrepanciesOrganize and clean warehouse and loading dock areasProvide work direction and follow-up to stock team under direction of stock supervisorOther Duties as assignedQualifications: Attention to detail and ability to prioritizeExperience receiving product and using an RF gunExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalBasic garden product knowledgePrevious retail or garden center experiencePrevious forklift, electric pallet jack and Bobcat operation experiencePOS or computer experienceAble to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Schedule: Flexible work schedule/Retail store hours (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)Evening Availability NeededCompensation: $16.84 / hourBachman's is an equal opportunities employer.Powered by JazzHR
