A private practice group in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Hospitalist for an inpatient role that offers excellent work-life balance. Job Function: Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges for patients within the practice. See unassigned patients admitted through affiliated hospitals, with a goal of transitioning them to the practice. Maintain a busy patient volume supported by strong hospital partnership and affiliation. Participate in a rotating schedule covering hospital or sub-acute facility during weekdays. Create and manage your own clinical schedule to balance workload and personal preferences. Provide occasional on-call coverage for the hospital. Deliver a mix of hospital and sub-acute care coverage, primarily focused on one LTAC facility with minimal additional sub-acute responsibilities.
