RN - Home Health - Part Time Weekdays

This is NOT a remote role. We are seeking a part-time, daytime registered nurse to perform in-home assessments and supervisory visits for our senior citizen clients. The hours are very flexible! You can work on your own schedule! Pay per supervisory visit and assessment visit . The location are Milwaukee, Racine, and part of Ozaukee counties. RN license required. Responsibilities : Evaluate client n need for service, Develop a plan of care for the client, Provide supervisory visits every 60 days, Give the personal care worker written instructions about the services to be performed , Evaluate the competency of the personal care worker to perform the services.
