Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a UKG Ready Payroll Consultant to join their team. As a UKG Ready Payroll Consultant, you will be part of the Human Capital Management support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: UKG Ready Payroll ConsultantLocation: RemotePay Range: $45-53/hr on w2What's the Job?Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.What's Needed?Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on Payroll implementations.Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices.Strong functional experience with General Ledger and Payroll History.Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.
