Office Manager
We are a busy outpatient physical therapy and hand therapy clinic in Newport Beach and we are looking to fill a full-time position immediately for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.Qualifications must include High School diploma; proven experience as an office manager, front office manager or administrative assistant with medical office preferred. Positive attitude, ability to multi-task, computer literate, neat in appearance, knowledgeable in use of office equipment also a plus.Job responsibilities include greet and welcome patients, answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner, record and relay messages, screen and schedule patients, gather all patient information for insurance verification form when scheduling new patients, prepare new patient charts, maintain patient charts, verify insurance benefits, authorize continued therapy treatments, receive patient payments, various routine tasks such as faxing, scanning, patient contact, as delegated by Clinic Director, maintain a neat working space.Candidate must be personable and have a friendly, polite personality, presenting a professional tone for the clinic. This job requires the ability to multi-task in a calm manner.We will be running a background check and contacting references during the hiring process.This position is full time with some flexibility in the hours.
