RCM Enrollment SpecialistPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented RCM Enrollment Specialist to support payer enrollment and payment automation initiatives within our Revenue Cycle Management team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume payer enrollment applications, coordinating ERA/EFT setup, and ensuring seamless payment posting workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and experienced working across multiple insurance and payment platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, complete, and submit approximately 200 manual applications for individual payer enrollmentsManage the disenrollment process from third-party payment distribution services to eliminate administrative feesCoordinate with insurance payers to establish direct ERA/EFT connectionsCreate and maintain portal access for insurance websites to support enrollment and reporting activitiesPartner with the Accounting and Payment Posting teams to ensure successful automated payment posting following enrollmentMaintain accurate tracking, documentation, and status reporting for all pending and completed enrollment applicationsMonitor enrollment progress and follow up with payers as needed to resolve outstanding issuesEnsure data accuracy and compliance throughout all enrollment and payment setup processesRequired QualificationsExceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete complex forms and manage data across multiple systemsPrior experience in administrative support, data entry, or project coordinationStrong technical proficiency navigating web portals, databases, and document management systemsAbility to manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlinesAvailable to start immediately without a standard two-week notice periodPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or medical/dental billingKnowledge of insurance payer contracting and enrollment processesExperience with ERA/EFT setup and electronic payment workflowsFamiliarity with insurance portals and payer enrollment systemsScheduleMonday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CSTSome flexibility available with scheduleRCM Enrollment SpecialistPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented RCM Enrollment Specialist to support payer enrollment and payment automation initiatives within our Revenue Cycle Management team.
