You will:Lead by example in customer interactions and ethical selling practicesCoach and develop Sales Consultants and TechniciansSupport daily sales performance while maintaining a customer-first cultureMonitor performance metrics and help the team improve through structured coachingSupport inventory, operations, and overall store executionStep into store leadership responsibilities when neededThis role balances accountability with mentorship, sales results with customer trust, and growth with stability.Pay & Earning PotentialOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Approximately $52,000 - $58,000 annually based on scheduled hours)Includes base pay, built-in overtime, weekend premium, and performance-based incentivesLeadership-level earning potential tied to store performance and team developmentStructured leadership development and advancement path to Store ManagerWho This Role Is a Good Fit ForHas prior supervisory, leadership, or high-level sales experienceValues ethical sales practices and long-term customer relationshipsEnjoys coaching others and building team cultureIs motivated by performance but does not compromise integrity to achieve itWants a stable leadership career with long-term advancement opportunityMany of our Store Managers began in this role or in customer-facing positions and advanced by consistently delivering strong results while building trusted teams.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent18 years or olderValid driver's licensePrior supervisory, leadership, or high-performance sales experienceAbility to work a full-time schedule including weekendsStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred (Not Required)Experience in retail sales leadershipBackground in wireless, automotive, electronics, or specialty retailExperience managing performance metrics and coaching team membersWhy Batteries Plus?
