Role Summary: The Implementation Lead is the strategic project owner for our most complex enterprise deployments. Acting as the "Customer Expert," this person translates business goals into a delivery roadmap, focusing on stakeholder alignment, process strategy, and project governance, ensuring that BeProduct is woven into the customer’s daily operations. The person acts as the vital bridge between the customer’s vision and BeProduct’s technical execution.Responsibilities Project Governance: Own the project calendar, milestones, and delivery for high-pressure enterprise accounts. Proactively manage risks to ensure on-time "Go-Live."Business Architecture: Lead discovery sessions to define customer requirements and transform legacy "analog" processes into optimized digital workflows.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer executives and project leads, navigating complex organizational politics and driving alignment.Configuration: Execute front-end system configuration tailored to the customer’s specific business needs.Adoption & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure high user adoption and long-term value.Technical Liaison: Partner with the Technical Solutions team to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.Continuous Improvement: Refine enterprise implementation playbooks and mentor junior team members.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5+ years in SaaS Project Management or Implementation Leadership in a SaaS environment (Fashion PLM experience preferred).Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to analyze business processes and consult on "best practice" workflow improvements.Leadership: Experience managing multi-layered stakeholder groups in high-pressure environmentsProject Management: Mastery of project management frameworks and tools (Jira, Gnatt Chart).Communication: Exceptional ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Preferred Qualifications Education: Post-secondary degree in Business, Information Systems, Fashion Technology, or a related fieldDomain Expertise: Deep understanding of product development processes in apparel, footwear, or accessories (PLM experience is a significant plus).Technical Literacy: Good understanding of technical architecture concepts, including APIs and system integrations.
