Project Coordinator/Office Administrator
Environmental Consulting & Technology Inc. (ECT) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Michigan region. Work will include office management, coordination between the office and corporate teams, and supporting project administration efforts.You’ll be at the heart of our operation—supporting day-to-day logistics, preparing documentation, managing vendor relationships, and helping ensure timely invoicing and project tracking. If you're excited to be part of a growing team where your contributions drive the team’s success, we’d love to meet you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project managers on the preparation of correspondence, reports, proposals, and tracking spreadsheets.Provide proactive administrative support across the office, including coordinating meeting notes, reviewing and formatting documents, managing office supplies, and handling mail and general correspondence.Maintain project files, calendars, and documentation to support efficient workflows.Coordinate internal and client meetings, staff travel, and logistics for team and field operations.Assist with invoice generation, track project expenses, and support accounts receivable.Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and field supplies, and coordinate with vendors for service and maintenance.Qualifications3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience, ideally within an AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) or other professional services environment.Degree preferred but not required—equivalent experience strongly considered.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking or CRM tools preferred.Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally as needed.Skills & AttributesHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and formatting abilities.Dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.Collaborative team player with a positive, customer-focused mindset.Comfortable working in-office several days per week to support team coordination and office operations.Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc.
