SUMMARY: Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Adheres to the Core Values of Piedmont Medical Center Nursing Service. Participates in the Shared Governance Model and adheres to the by laws. Adheres to Piedmont Medical Center Code of Conduct and ANA Standards for the Professional Nurse.
