Healthcare Recruiter/ Sales Professional - Related Services We are in search of an exceptional Healthcare Recruiter/ Sales Professional to join our growing team.Healthcare Recruiter/ Sales Professional Responsibilities:Recruit and place Related Services professionals supporting educational and school-based programs, including BCBAs, Special Education professionals, and other specialists providing school-related services.Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.Screen and interview qualified candidates.Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare and related services professionals to generate referrals, repeat placements, and sales opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs across healthcare and educational service settings.Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to meet and exceed placement goals.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years' sales or recruitment experience.Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset.Exceptional customer service skills.Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.Ability to set and surpass goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and innovative thinking.Why Work with AB Staffing Solutions?Enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.
