The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing inventory, organizing stock, and overseeing team members. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient stock control, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating logistics for order fulfillment. The role also involves managing warehouse equipment such as forklifts and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.Typical responsibilities:Managing warehouse staff and supervisorsWarehouse organizationOverseeing receiving, picking, packing, and shippingImproving productivity and warehouse KPIsMaintaining inventory accuracyEnsuring safety complianceManaging equipment and warehouse layoutHandling labor scheduling and staffingKey metrics:Pick/pack speedOrder accuracyLabor efficiencyDock turnaround timeInventory shrinkageSafety incidentsThink of this role as:QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory ManagementMust speak English and SpanishProficiency in Operations Management, including process optimization and team coordinationHands-on experience with Forklift Operation and other warehouse equipmentExcellent organizational and leadership skillsUnderstanding of workplace safety regulations and practicesPrevious experience in a similar role is highly preferred
