Overview We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design and be proficient in various design software tools. Duties Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses to create high-quality prints on various materials. Set up and adjust screen printing equipment according to job specifications. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing. Ensure color accuracy and consistency throughout the production process. Regularly maintain and clean screen printing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve any printing issues that arise. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure all projects meet client expectations and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years screen printing, with proficiency in operating a manual press. Bonus points if you have experience in operating an automatic press. Strong knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, and color matching. Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
