The role involves performing a variety of carpentry tasks, including measuring and cutting materials, installing fixtures, and assembling structures. Team members will interpret blueprints, ensure high-quality craftsmanship, and work collaboratively to meet construction project deadlines. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.QualificationsProficiency in carpentry tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipmentKnowledge of safety protocols and the ability to maintain a clean and organized worksiteStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPhysical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materialsApprentice or Journeyman certification or relevant experience in carpentryPrevious experience in construction or woodworking is an asset but not required
