The firm operates at the intersection of luxury retail, real estate, and brand strategy, representing a distinguished portfolio of domestic and international clients.We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Professional Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to the firm’s founder and senior principal.This is not an entry-level or transitional role. We are seeking a career Executive Assistant — someone who takes pride in the discipline, discretion, and precision the role requires, and who brings a minimum of 10 years of senior-level executive support experience.The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, highly organized, and entirely comfortable operating within a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.YOU ARE• Exceptionally discreet, composed, and professionally confident• A strong communicator with excellent writing and follow-through skills• Proactive and anticipatory by nature• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the broader objective• Someone who finishes what they startRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE• Complex calendar and travel coordination across multiple cities and time zones• Assisting with active real estate transactions and client communications• Preparing presentations, proposals, correspondence, and meeting materials• Liaising with clients, attorneys, brokers, landlords, and brand executives• Managing day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed• Serving as a trusted gatekeeper and organizational partner to the principalQUALIFICATIONS• Minimum 10 years supporting C-suite or founder-level executives• Prior experience in commercial real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, fashion, or a related high-service industry preferred• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac systems• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Mature judgment, discretion, and absolute confidentiality• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressureCompensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.To apply, please send your résumé and a brief writing sample to: bellesriveslc@icloud.com
