Software Engineer (C#/Ignition/SCADA)

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an industrial technology organization to identify a Senior Software Engineer in the Dallas, TX area. This role is primarily remote with occasional onsite client visits and will support the development and modernization of software systems within automated operational environments. This position is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys hands-on development and solving complex system challenges. The right candidate is comfortable working across systems, mentoring others, and helping transition legacy applications into scalable, modern solutions.
