And much more!Job DetailsWhat You'll Do:You'll be embedded as the client's day-to-day construction partner — their eyes, ears, and voice on the ground — while leading a full portfolio of capital projects. Specifically, you'll:Act as the owner's representative across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases
Lead, coordinate, and advise multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, GCs, and subcontractors
Drive schedule, budget, and scope accountability across all assigned projects in the program
Manage stakeholder relationships at the executive and facilities leadership level
Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction standards (ICRA, ILSM, infection control protocols in active/occupied facilities)
Identify risks early and lead proactive mitigation strategies
What You Bring:Required:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
5+ years of healthcare construction project management experience — owner's rep, facilities, or client management
Strong command of healthcare programming, planning, design, and construction processes
Understanding of inpatient and ambulatory operational environments
Proven track record in client advocacy and relationship management
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred / Bonus Points:10+ years of healthcare construction experience
Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) designation
