Skilled Construction (Framing/Drywall/Painting/Carpentry)

We are seeking an Experienced skilled Construction Worker to join our team. Must have his own tools and transportation. Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazards. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic hand and power tools as required. Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials. Assist in the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Follow safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions to supervisors. Assist tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed. Perform basic measurements and calculations for construction work. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Provide support to ensure project timelines are met. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in construction or related work. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.). Basic understanding of construction tools and materials. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Proficiency in using hand and power tools specific to drywalling and framing. Ability to interpret blueprints and follow technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
