Their aim is to empower research sites' best recruiters to connect with more patients by increasing efficiency in medical operations across the board. What’s in it for you?Between: $170,000 - $250,000, contingent on experienceBetween: 0.5% - 1.5% equityFreedom in the implementation of your own solutions as a founding engineerUnrivaled career growth opportunities | They are a rocket ready to launchWhat you’ll do:Orchestrate a fleet of AI agents that can coordinate patient recruitment processes across hundreds of clinical trials within North America (For now, growth on the horizon).Orchestrate integrations into customer systems, including custom integrations for specific software versions or configurations.Scale LLMs across Voice, SMS, and email while keeping conversations consistent and personalized across all channels.Tune/Train AI agent conversations and build out workflows for specific questions and calculations (e.g., BMI from height and weight).Develop solutions for call center management and optimal scheduling algorithms for recruiters and CRCs (Clinical research coordinators).Reverse engineer legacy healthcare systems that don’t have public already have APIs to integrate with trial sites’ existing tool stack.What we’re looking for:Frontend Tech Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSSBackend Tech Stack: Python, PostgreSQL, AWSInfrastructure: Docker, TerraformOur main focus is finding those professionals with end-to-end experience deploying AI-native, LLM-based full-stack productsExecuting key architectural decisions and shipping User-facing features across a full-stack capacity.If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
