DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our busy service station. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a key retail location, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the gas station, including fuel sales, convenience store management, and maintenance Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels for the convenience store Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies for growth Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase sales Conduct staff training and development to maintain high service standards Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the premisesBenefits: Competitive pay, 401K, health insurance, flexible schedule, 4 weeks’ vacation effective January 1st following date of hire.Raise Increase: Salaried position, pay depends on location and experience.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fuel stations or convenience stores Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional management or business certifications are a plus
