Distribution Lead

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily package handling operations to ensure timely and accurate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.; Lead and support a team of package handlers, providing clear direction, coaching, and regular performance feedback.; Implement and follow operational procedures to optimize workflow, efficiency, and safety throughout the distribution area.; Oversee shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring proper documentation.; Coordinate and perform order picking activities, using RF scanners and related tools to ensure accurate order selection.
